Since earning my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University, I have over 15 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage Industry. I’ve managed free standing restaurants, banquet operations, hotels and contract food services. The majority my career has been spent within Business Dining sector, managing accounts for some of the nations largest banking institutions – JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Capital One. At each of these accounts my main focus was innovation; pushing the boundaries of food service and never settling for status quo. I love sharing my passion and knowledge of hospitality and food service with others.
Life
I am a native of Puerto Rico who now resides in Dallas, TX with my beautiful wife Sarah and my two daughters Lillian and Lucy. A great part of my life revolves around being outdoors. In my free time, I love cycling and backpacking. We love traveling, whether it be the mountains in Colorado or the beautiful beaches of Costa Rica. As an avid photographer, I love documenting all our travels. While not adventuring, I love to beat the Dallas heat poolside with my family.
